Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Nexhaz ("we", "us") for your use of NestIQ: the web app, the mobile apps, and the NestIQ Vault browser extension. By creating an account or using NestIQ, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and your vault password safe, and for activity under your account.
• Your vault is encrypted with a key only you hold. If you lose your vault password and have not set up emergency access, we cannot recover your vault.

Your content

You own what you put into NestIQ. You give us permission to store, process, and display your content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you choose to share with. You are responsible for having the right to add information about other people, such as family members or guests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using NestIQ;
• try to access other users' data, probe or bypass our security, or disrupt the service;
• use NestIQ to send spam or harmful content, or to harass anyone;
• resell NestIQ, or scrape it through automated means, without our written permission.

Information, not advice

NestIQ helps you organize information. Figures, estimates, and suggestions in NestIQ are for your information only. This includes net worth, tax estimates, gold and jewelry valuations, cash flow forecasts, and AI Co-Pilot responses. They are not financial, tax, legal, investment, or medical advice. Reference rates, such as gold rates, are indicative estimates, not live market quotes. Check important figures with a qualified professional or an official source before you rely on them.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay for the period you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices. We will notify you in advance, and changes apply from your next billing period.

Third-party services

Some features connect to services we don't control, such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram, and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NestIQ available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted or changed. We recommend exporting your data regularly from Settings. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will tell you in advance.

Ending your use

You can stop using NestIQ at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where appropriate, we will first give you notice and a chance to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your reliance on figures or estimates shown in NestIQ. Our total liability for any claim relating to NestIQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
